Guud Soup focuses on providing holistic coping tools to marginalized communities through interviews, educational workshops, events, and art. We aim to create a mindful, open, supportive, and refreshing dialogue around mental health (with a core focus on anxiety and depression). Guud Soup's founder/president is a queer woman of color with a background in art and digital marketing. The Guud Soup team is comprised of African American professionals with a penchant for empowering through action.

What's this event about? -#itsallguud

The idea behind #itsallGUUD is that it’s okay not to be okay.

We say “it’s all good” when it’s not...It’s a facade to cover up inner turmoil. The stigma is so heavy, many feel like they have to appear to be “normal”. We’re here to empower people & show them that #itsallGUUD if you have issues (we’re human).

If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, inner pain, or any turmoil #itsallGUUD and you’re not alone. The first step to healing is being vulnerable enough to share your story. Use hashtag #itsallGUUD and share your story (join the movement).

There’s strength & power in vulnerability. #guudsoup #guudsoupforyou
